The Senior High School Faculty of Maryknoll College of Panabo, Inc. convened for a productive whole-day meeting centered on key updates and directives to ensure quality instruction and institutional alignment.
The morning session began with important reminders from the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 regarding proper student behavior and the consistent implementation of school policies, including the proper issuance of Terms of Agreement (TOA). A refresher was then delivered by the IT Officer on the proper use of the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (𝐌𝐈𝐒) — vital for tracking student attendance, tardiness, and feedbacking to parents via SMS notifications.
The SHS Principal, Ma’am Antonita C. Paris, MAEd, led a discussion on 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, including proctoring assignments. This was followed by an unexpected yet insightful activity — a 𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 where teachers answered their own prepared test questionnaires to reflect on competency accuracy and improve assessment design (tasting their own medicine) 
In the afternoon, Ma’am Paris also discussed the 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 for the SHS Unit, the Principal’s Supervisory Program, and introduced the 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 — a new initiative recognizing the outstanding performance of educators through the Teacher of the Month award.
A day filled with learning, reflection, and renewed dedication toward excellence in Catholic education.
