โข Every Wednesday until the end of the school year, the school canteen will be serving varieties of fresh and nutritious plant-based dishes during lunch time. These meals will be packed with fresh vegetables, grains, and plant-based proteins to provide balanced nutrition and offer students exposure to diverse flavors and nutritional benefits.
โข Grade School and Grade 7 faculty will dine alongside their students during lunchtime, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
โข Our dear parents/guardians also play a crucial role by coordinating with the school to provide vegetable-based meals for your children, reinforcing the importance of healthy eating habits at home.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ?
To promote healthier eating habits, Grade School pupils and Grade 7 students are required to enjoy vegetable-based meals during lunchtime. This initiative aims to encourage not only better nutrition but also a greater appreciation for plant-based foods. Additionally, other grade levels are strongly encouraged to join in this effort, fostering a community-wide commitment to health and wellness. Together, we can cultivate a culture of nutritious eating that benefits everyone.
A healthy state cannot be obtained without a healthy and consistent goal and lifestyle! As we embark the journey towards a healthier and more sustainable path, let’s dig in to the initiatives and letโs Veg Out together, IBED-Maryknollians!
