Maryknoll College of Panabo, Inc. partners with CENRO Panabo for a Tree Planting and Coastal Clean-up drive held last September 23, 2022. School employees took off their uniforms, geared up, rolled up their sleeves, and walked on a muddy way bringing their digging tools for tree planting and sacks for cleaning up shorelines at Purok Pantukan, Brgy. J.P. Laurel, Panabo City.
The activity was spear headed by the school’s Socio Pastoral Affairs Office which envisioned to plant more mangrove trees and pick up garbage thus promoting environmental protection and preservation. The said initiative also hoped to tell people of Panabo to take their parts in taking care of the environment as it is our only refuge amidst the ever-changing climate.
