Today, we honor the real-life heroes who dedicate their time—and in many cases, risk their own lives—to ease suffering, restore hope, and uphold human dignity. As we face global challenges and crises, this year’s theme, “𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞,” reminds us of the quiet courage and compassion of humanitarian workers around the world.

May we never take their sacrifices for granted. Let this day ignite in us the same spirit of service and empathy that defines the Red Cross movement.
