In line with the preparation for PAASCU Level 3 Re-accreditation for Integrated Basic Education (IBED), several MCPI administrative officers, representatives from the IBED faculty, and top administrators went on a benchmarking activity in the National Capital Region (NCR) on November 7-8, 2024. Three schools were visited: Assumpta Technical High School in Pampanga, St. Theresa’s College of Quezon City, and Cainta Catholic College. Our school has been very fortunate to have partnered and built connections with these schools, as they serve as exemplars of how the vision and mission of a Catholic school should be carried out.
The sharing sessions focused on best practices, including their downfalls and how they bounced back, which MCPI could adapt for the improvement of its operations.
These three schools also prioritize human connection. By cultivating a supportive environment where employees feel valued and heard, they inspire excellence and deliver unparalleled service.
The insights gleaned from this benchmarking activity will undoubtedly propel MCPI toward greater heights as we endeavor to provide quality Catholic Education.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the administrators of these institutions for their openness and collaboration. Special thanks are also due to Phoenix Publishing represented by Sir Sebastian Quiroz in assisting with accommodations and transportation, as well as Nginx I.T Services for their generous contribution of plane tickets.
