In its ongoing commitment to maintaining excellence and adherence to standards, Maryknoll College of Panabo, Inc. recently conducted office visits spearheaded by the Internal Quality Assurance Officer. These visits aimed to ensure the proper preparation and readiness of all relevant documents, reinforcing the institution’s dedication to accountability and quality in its operations. This initiative reflects MCPI’s proactive approach to fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across all departments.

The QA Office, led by Quality Assurance Officer Mr. Junjie R. Alcosero, LPT, has identified key offices for review, including, Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), School Clinic, Integrated Basic Education (IBED), Laboratory In-charges, Junior High School Library and Audio-Visual Department, Student Activity Coordinator (SAC), Socio-Pastoral and Campus Ministry.

The primary objectives of these office audits are twofold. First, it aims to maintain quality standards to ensure alignment with DepEd and PAASCU. Second, it’s purpose is to better facilitate document enhancement by auditing documents against the PAASCU checklist, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Recognizing the importance of ample preparation time, the QA Office initiated the document survey in December 2024, allowing offices sufficient time to prepare, enhance, and finalize required documentation by February 2025. This proactive approach allows Quality Assurance team to assess the current status of each office, provide constructive feedback, and offer targeted suggestions for improved workflow and PAASCU readiness.

Overall, the QA Office’s proactive office audit survey plays a crucial role in strengthening MCPI’s commitment to quality and excellence. By ensuring meticulous document preparation and adherence to PAASCU standards, the QA Office is instrumental in driving institutional betterment and preparing MCPI for successful future accreditation.
