Today, April 4, 2025, under DepEd Memorandum No. 24, s. 2025, the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) of the Department of Education, through the Schools Division Office, officially administered the National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 6 learners nationwide.
At Maryknoll College of Panabo, Inc., our Grade 6 pupils proudly took part in this nationwide assessment, which aims to measure their mastery of essential learning areasβEnglish, Filipino, Mathematics, Science, and Araling Panlipunanβand evaluate the overall effectiveness of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum.
In preparation for this significant event, the entire school community worked collaboratively to ensure the readiness and well-being of the learners. The activity was conducted under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Richell Fuentes, School President; Ms. Bhea Christly C. Narido, MAEd, IBED Principal; and Mrs. Maria Lucell PeΓ±as, Assistant Principal of the Grade School. Also present to support the event were Ms. Frances Marie Amper, RGC, Guidance Counselor; her associates, Mrs. Nenita Sarona and Mrs. Edith Colon; Ms. Ruby Bagasbas, Clinic Staff; and the Grade 6 Class Advisers.
The school also expresses its sincere gratitude to the room examiners from North Davao Colleges, and to Ms. Juliet Dosol Raganas, Division Testing Coordinator from the DepEd Division Office, who personally monitored and supervised the administration of the test to ensure its integrity and smooth flow.
To our dear Grade 6 Maryknollians: We are incredibly proud of your efforts and determination. Today marks not only a test of knowledge, but also a celebration of your growth, resilience, and the Maryknollian spirit. Whatever the results may be, you have already succeeded through your commitment and hard work.
Let us continue to hope and pray for favorable outcomes and celebrate this milestone with pride and gratitude.
