– 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐍:Junior High School (Grades 7, 8, 9, and 10)
Your vote matters! Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and fair election process:
𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣-𝗕𝗬-𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦:
Step 1: 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
– Upon arrival, proceed to the Attendance Station and register your name according to your grade level.
Step 2: 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
– After registering, move to the Ballot Distribution Station, where you will receive your official ballot.
Step 3: 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮
– The COMELEC Election Officers and Commissioners will guide you to your designated voting area based on your grade level.
Step 4: 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲
– Each precinct will accommodate 10 𝙫𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 at a time.
– Use only a 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙡𝙪𝙚 ink ballpen. Pencils are also allowed.
– 𝙁𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙙𝙚 your chosen candidates. 𝙉𝙤 𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 are allowed, as mistakes will 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 your vote.
Step 5: 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
– Proceed to your assigned 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙩 𝙣𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 and 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙩 according to the instructions given by the Election Officers.
– Listen carefully and follow their directions to ensure your vote is counted correctly.
Step 6: 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮
– After casting your vote, exit through the designated area at the right corner of the gymnasium.
𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙈𝘽𝙀𝙍: The MCPI Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will be there to guide and assist you throughout the electoral process.
