Just completed an inspiring two-day Action Research Seminar Workshop themed “Innovative Education: Empowering IBED Faculty Through Action Research,” where the IBEd faculty members learned all the essential how’s of conducting Action Research with the invaluable guidance of their resource speaker, Ms. Edilhynie Jambangan, Ed. D. Engaging in dynamic discussions and collaborative sessions, the teachers focused on innovative strategies to enhance their educational practices and explored the transformative potential of Action Research in creating a more effective and a high quality learning environment.
The workshop not only enriched the knowledge of the teachers but also reinforced their commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. By empowering one another through shared insights and experiences, they are poised to elevate the teaching methodologies and ultimately enhance student success.
We cannot wait to see what’s ahead of our teachers but one thing for sure they are all ready to do exemplary actions in conducting Action Research and this is all for IBEd community, all for Maryknoll!
