Yesterday, the MCPI SHS Faculty took part in an insightful and meaningful session led by our very own Guidance Counselor, ๐๐’๐๐ฆ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐. ๐๐๐๐จ๐ง๐ข๐, ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, as part of our continuing In-Service Training. With the theme โTeachers as Purposeful Guides and Facilitators of Student Support,โ the session emphasized the vital role of educators beyond classroom instruction โ as mentors, listeners, and advocates for student well-being.
Through interactive activities, including ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ , the faculty actively engaged and showed their passion for growing in their craft. The session wrapped up with heartfelt takeaways and the awarding of a Certificate of Appreciation to Maโam Frances for her guidance and encouragement.
